Praying For Loved Ones Struggling with Addiction

Thank you Lord for my amazing loved ones and their beautiful hearts.

Teach us how to love like You, Jesus.

Thank You that You will inspire and motivate them to pursue the road to recovery. Thank you for lifting them into the next level of their journey with You.

Help us all, Father, to take the time to get to know on a deeper level, their totally unique and amazing mind, soul and spirit. Show us how to encourage them and lift them up and appreciate all of their gifts.

Thank You, Jesus, for bringing awesome people into their life. People that can support them and love them right where they are today.

We pray that You would reveal their heart to us and reveal our hearts to them in whole new ways. Help us to see one another through Your eyes. Help us all to draw nearer to You.

Help us to shine Your light to our loved ones who are hurting, and to recognize the light You have placed in them. Help us to speak into that light and remind them who they are in You, who You created them to be.

Let us be a helpful, not overwhelming or overbearing. Lord, show us how to be supportive in a way that they can receive.

Thank You Jesus for their healing journey.

• You are their restorer.

• You have life for them.

Thank you that we will never give up, and show us how to love unconditionally.
